Today we will look at a strap made by 'By Myself'. It is a strap maker from Bangkok, Thailand.
The strap is made of Shell Cordovan leather. The leather is sourced from Comipel, which I believe is Italian.
The strap is of the NATO strap design and measures 20mm across the length of the strap. The strap is about 1.5mm thick.
The strap has a raw edge as is the back of the strap. It is well made and very comfortable.
The strap offers adjustment of 35mm over 7 holes, about 5mm gap between holes. The holes have a raw finish as well.
The strap measures 250mm long and has a rounded tip.
All the hardware on the strap is imported from America and is made from stainless steel. The hardware have a matte finish. Quality stuff.
The strap is signed on the back loop and it is heat stamped.
I do like the stitching on the strap. It is very thick and raw. Gives the strap some character.
Overall, I do like the strap. It is very comfortable and very well made. It is handmade and if you go to their shop, you can see them making the straps. Very cool. Would I get another? Yes, and I got two. :)
