Just found out about this new website/ forum on my favourite brand, Panerai. It is called Panerai Central and can be found at

The site is the brainchild of two watch and Panerai collectors, David and Khalil. They hope to develop a site that would serve as a platform where they can share their love for Panerai watches with other watch enthusiasts. They hope that Panerai Central can become the purveyor of all things Panerai. I wish them all the best.

Jaquet Droz has launched it new website. The new websites reminds me of the movie 'The Adventures of Baron Munchausen'. Visitors travel via navigation links to La Chaux-de-Fonds, Geneva, London, Paris and even the Moon and Saturn. It is just awesome. Have a visit and enjoy the experience.

Breitling New Website

Breitling has updated their website. The website now features a complete profile of all their new models. This includes technical data of the watches. The most interesting aspect of the new website is their watch configurator. It lets you select from a menu all the available cases, dials and bands for the particular watch to suit your taste. You can then share your creation with your friends or e-mail it to Breitling's sales associate for more information.

Seiko Ananta Website

Seiko has a website dedicated to the newly launched Seiko Ananta. The Ananta collection will be made available worldwide beginning September. The Ananta is a new collection that will feature the Spring Drive and other high-grade movement. The site is divided into 5 parts.

The Inspiration section describes how the watch design came about, based on the Japanese Katana.

The Mechanism section will feature the full technical details of the movements used in the Ananta watches.

Found this great website. It is TimeTv. It is a television channel all about watches. It has great video on new products, interviews, events and just about anything horology related. TimeTv is edited and produced by Neo Channels, a Swiss based company.
