RXW MM25 Cali

This was a surprise purchase. I have always liked the cali dial on watches as evident by the fact that I have a Tudor Date Day with cali dial and the Maranez Bangla Cali. But, while I liked the cali dial, the PAM00249 never did sing for me. Perhaps it was the price, perhaps I found it not 'balanced'.... (me being a sour grape). 

Anyway, when I was first offered this watch, it never clicked. But slowly it clicked and lucky for me, the owner was still willing to part with it. And the rest, like they say, is history.... :)

The watch being cleaned. It is 6 years old. It has had a service and some parts were changed. 

On its original strap. I will continue to use this.

Its time...

I figure with my latest pieces, it is time to call it a day. Way too many watches.... Time to consolidate and call it a day. Anyway, the pieces I recently acquired.....

The Rolex Explorer II Polar, the RXW MM25 Cali and the Zenith El Primero Rainbow. Yeah, somehow I ended up with the RXW as well.... :)

Interesting that I also decided to use the original strap that comes with the RXW and not to purchase independent strap for the watch.
