Basel 2016

Two more days to one of the biggest watch fair in the world. Lots of excitement is expected, even as the sales of watches worldwide seems to be in the doldrums.

Anyway... recent leaked news from Tudor seems to be sparking all sorts of reaction in the watch world. You can read about it here ...

Here are some teasers from Tudor's Instagram...

Bronze?

End links? Much like ones on the Ranger and even the Tudor Heritage Black Bay One...

Strap? Looks like the lanyard used on parachutes...

Anyway... based on the leaked information.. Tudor will be releasing a new Black Bay in the Black Bay Bronze. It will be powered by an in-house movement in the MT5601. I believe this is the no date no power reserve version of the MT5612 movement. The watch comes in at 43mm, 2 mm larger then the current Black Bay (not sure if this includes the crown or not). And best news... lug holes.

So we wait....
