I am a happy camper. Just got a call from the Bell and Ross people and I should get my watch back in about 2 weeks time. Just in time for me to use on my next holiday to Osaka and Kyoto. They will overhaul the movement, replace all the seals, retime and do a water resistance check on the watch. Well I am hoping that the service level is better as compared to Breitling. So far not so good as it took them 2 weeks to give me a quote. Total cost is expected to be around USD 300. Will report further once I get the watch back.
