Maratac Pilot Automatic

Maratac has released its take on the Pilot watch of the 1940s. According to Maratac, the watch was a local (US?) contract and I suspect these are the overruns. The watch dial is sterile and the Maratac brand can only be found on the case back. From my readings, Maratac stands for Marathon Tacticals. I stand corrected on this. Did not know they made watches, as I know them for their straps.

Anyway, the basic specifications:

Functions: hours, minutes, seconds (sub-dial at 6 o'clock)
Case: 316L stainless steel, 46 mm diameter, 12.46 mm thick, 22 mm lug width
Crystal: sapphire (domed)
Movement: Miyota automatic calibre 8245
Water resistance: 10 ATM
Price: USD 195

The case back.

The movement, Miyota 8245. It is based on the Miyota 8215, with upgraded finish.

I do like the watch. The luminosity of the watch is just awesome. All the hands are luminous, even the tiny second hand.

  1. Whoever has the very best hand with out going over 21 wins the pot. Need to watch it on movie however the initial impression was that this was not a great sport from both w88 login OT, Penei Sewell or Taylor Decker. Miami’s pass rush only sacked Goff once as}, but they did generate a couple of of} fast pressures and all got here from the sides.
