Interesting watches from an interesting company. Minimalist in design, unique and asymmetrical in shape. Rounded edges and a curved bezel, dial void of markings and crown at not the usual spot. That describes the Bulbul Pebble watches from Bulbul, a Danish watch company founded in 2013. Bulbul, which means nightingale in Persian or Arabic (derived from would be better, I guess), was founded by entrepreneur and business nomad (?) Jacob Juul.
There are currently four styles, all black, all grey, brown leather strap with white dial and matt steel case and black leather with white dial and matt steel case. All the watches carry the trade mark (?) blue strap keeper and the leather straps are Italian leather.
The watches are powered by a Ronda quartz movement (4 jewels) offering a 10 year battery life and simple hour and minutes indication. The crystal is sapphire and the watches are water resistant to 3ATM.
The watches retails for about USD 440.
