Final pieces...

I picked these pieces up recently. These pieces are a couple of pieces that I always wanted but never got around to getting them. In fact, I was offered one of the watches by a distributor a long time ago as they withdrawing from the brand. I was young and stupid and did not get the piece.

The watches that makes up the final pieces in my collection (looks like it is close shop for me).

The Zenith El Primero Rainbow Flyback Chronograph and the Rolex Explorer II. Oh, the Zenith does come with a steel bracelet.

The Rolex Explorer II. I have always like the watch but somehow it eluded me for a long time. I got to know the watch back in the 90s when a good friend got his. This version is from the Z series and is fitted with the Rolex 3186 movement.

The Zenith fitted with a leather NATO strap.

Finally decided on this (not by choice) as the gap between the spring bars and the case is very very narrow. I will go back  and have it fitted with a WotanCraft leather Nato which is thinner.

I am a happy man. :)
