A nice surprise...

So what did my watch guy have? A nice surprise indeed. Something for me to 'play' with....

The Tudor Pelagos, reference 25500TN. This one is fitted with the rubber strap....

Very toolish (is there such a word?).

Lovely titanium case...

Love the snowflake hands and square markers.

Ceramic bezel insert...

The HEV or Gas Escape Valve as Tudor calls it.

I like the watch. At 42mm, it wears just nice. And at its price point, I think it is great value for money.

Screw down crown and shoulder protectors.

Solid end links, well not really but a nice touch. The ends of the rubber piece sits inside the metal piece.

Closer view of the dial and hands. Date window at 3 o'clock.

Nice brush finish of the titanium case.

Pointed shoulder protectors, reminiscent of submariners of old.

Love the rehaut...

The Pelagos.... Tempted I am.

Shot with Nikon D300 with 60mm Micro lens.
